Oh to be a year and half old. Fancy PJs, running around in your barely-theres, playing in puddles, taking naps, playing cowboys and splashing with bubbles.
This kid's got the life.
Henry kept himself busy while I opened and sorted mail that had piled up during the week while I worked out of town.

Next, we headed to the kitchen so I could grab some breakfast. Henry wanted my peanut butter. Badly. (Note the bits of apple on the floor which he quickly discarded when he saw there was something better to be had.)
The peanut butter morning snack lead to a naked baby. And me putting away the peanut butter lead to the shoe we couldn't find last night. I invited Henry to come in and see if he could find it, too.
With his new-found shoes, he wanted to go outside. The morning thunderstorms left some fun puddles to play in for a while.
Up the stairs we go. Time to get dressed for the day.

Sis-sis (as she's named herself) came around to help Henry reach the faucet.
Intermission. Mommy had to download images to clear the camera card and make lunch for everyone. Then it was off to nappy-naps for the bunch.
When Henry woke up, he was very confused about why I didn't lift him out of bed right away.

After an over-priced dinner at a tourist trap -- all part of the Stockyards experience -- we headed back home.
It was late for the little guy but after spending the afternoon alternating between sweating and eating things that made crumbs, a bubble bath was a nice way to end the day.
